Each user is permitted one king333 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.2 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the king333 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

4.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. king333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.5 king333 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid Malaysian identity document (NRIC/MyKad or passport) — at any point during the life of an Account, including prior to processing deposits or withdrawals.
5.1 All transactions on the king333 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). king333 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), and other methods as updated on the Platform from time to time.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. king333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets in the same name as the registered king333 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Withdrawal requests will only be processed following completion of KYC verification. king333 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.5 king333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or processing charges.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. king333 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
6.1 king333 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page.
6.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the applicable number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. king333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credited through abuse, including multi-accounting, self-referral, collusion, or any form of fraudulent play designed to exploit promotional terms.
6.4 king333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Each game, betting market, and product on the king333 Platform is governed by its own specific rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual settlement of a bet due to a technical error, king333 reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bet at the correct odds or to cancel the bet entirely and refund the stake.
7.3 Bets placed using funds derived from exploiting a platform error, software bug, or technical malfunction will be voided. king333 reserves the right to withhold any winnings arising from such circumstances.
7.4 king333 does not accept liability for any interruption to gaming services caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, server maintenance, or actions of third-party game providers.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the king333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of king333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from king333.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king333 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.2 king333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.3 king333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11.1 king333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded User will be prevented from logging in or placing new bets for the duration of the elected exclusion period, which may be set from 30 days to permanent.

12.1 king333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which king333 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to king333 customer support for informal resolution.
13.2 If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
